Loudoun Criminal Defense Lawyer:  Client charged with Possession of Marijuana (Spice) pursuant to 18.2-248.1:1 of VA Code in Loudoun County had all charges DROPPED after contentious negotiation with prosecution.  At day of trial, Prosecution was unable to provide a lab technician to testify on the issue of whether the chemicals identified in the lab test had the primary function of simulating the effects of marijuana.  Consequently, the prosecution dropped the charge.
